Perhaps the most traditional method of working by taking over the back end of your internal procedures and allowing IGL to take responsibility for collection of outstanding accounts. 

If your internal activities have proved unsuccessful there may be a requirement to issue immediate legal action and IGL are well placed to undertake this activity on your behalf by contacting our network of lawyers.

We have designed a platform which we believe sets us apart from other collection agencies. We offer bespoke systems and solutions designed specifically for you. We forensically look at the data to create a collections process which produces the most cost effective and appropriate methodology to secure payment.

IGL can help if you need to skip the collections process. We will arrange for a solicitor’s letter to be sent immediately and recommend the way forward.

We can assist with your internal processes by offering White label collections. In this way we essentially become you and liaise with your customers using your letterheads and speaking your language.

Where a debt is secured against a property by way of a charging order the restriction itself is not enough to guarantee payment. We will enquire to make sure the restriction is still in place and if so, get in touch with the debtor to arrange a repayment plan to settle the debt.
